DEWITT, N.Y. (AP) - Rep. Dan Maffei says he'll vote for health care reform legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The Central New York Democrat's announcement yesterday came as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other leaders work to line up votes for reform championed by President Barack Obama. A vote is expected later this week.

Maffei said he doesn't think the legislation is perfect, but he believes it's in the best interest of his constituents and he urged undecided colleagues to back it.
