Utica's Harza Building officially sold

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica City officials said the Harza Building on Genesee Street in downtown has finally been sold.

Two developers out of Oneonta bought it from Utica's Industrial Development Agency and the Empire State Development Corporation for a total of $400,000. They made a down payment and are expected to close the deal by the end of May.

Officials said the developers plan to put offices, loft apartments and some retail in the building.
