Man found unconscious in apartment; faces drug charges

VERNON, N.Y. (WKTV) - A man was allegedly found unconscious in his apartment with several types of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities say they found John Seeber, 44, lying in his apartment at the Gallopin' Acres Motel in Vernon. They say two other teens, Gregory Dougherty and Jason Harris, both 19, were also inside the apartment.

Police claim to have found several hypodermic needles, marijuana and heroin. Seeber had to be rushed to the hospital. He was later released.

All three are facing drug charges.
