Two People Recovering After Shooting In Utica

According to the Utica Police Department, two people are recovering after being shot near Spilka's on Stark Street. They say the shooting happened around 2:00 AM.

Emergency crews rushed one man to a local hospital and later transported him to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. A female, also shot, is at a local hospital. Police say their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
