Garramone brothers take plea deals

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Two brothers accused of various charges have taken plea offers.

Both Devin and Christian Garramone have pleaded guilty to misdemeanors.

Devin Garramone pleaded guilty to obscenity after being accused of texting a sexual image to a minor. He is expected to get a one year conditional discharge.

His brother, Christian pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child after initially being charged with rape. He is expected to get three years probation.

Both Garramones will be sentenced on August 10.
