Bobby Ray Hunt indicted by grand jury for Rome homicide

ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Rome homicide suspect will not have a felony hearing Wednesday morning as originally scheduled, now that he has been indicted by an Oneida County Grand Jury.

Bobby Ray Hunt, 34, has been charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He is accused of killing Jadreck Baker, 20, following an argument back on May 2 in the City of Rome.

Hunt was found by U.S. Marshals in North Carolina and extradited to Oneida County last week.

He's previously pleaded not-guilty at his arraignment.
