Attorney found not-guilty in case of stolen groceries

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - A local attorney and former political leader who was accused of stealing groceries back in January has been found not-guilty.

Robert Barry, of New Hartford was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny after the late January incident, when police were called to Hannaford Supermarket on Kellogg Road after store employees said they found a shopper stealing groceries, allegedly Barry.

Barry has been found not-guilty in town of New Hartford Court on the charges.
