Authorities continue to follow-up leads for missing Morris woman with psychiatric history

MORRIS, N.Y. (WKTV) - Authorities are releasing new information regarding the search for a missing Otsego County Woman as they continue to follow up on leads.

The Otsego County Sheriff's Department says Lori-Ann Costello, 46, of Morris, was released from the Crisis Unit at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown on November 26. She left her parents home in the Town of Morris on Monday, November 28 to renew her vehicle registration and go to the laundromat.

Her laundry was located at OFA Wash in Oneonta and she was at the Department of Motor Vehicles around 1 p.m. on Monday.

Officials found Costello's car and her cell phone abandoned at the Oneonta Municipal Parking Garage.

She also withdrew $700 from her bank account and left her medications at home.

Costello has a psychiatric history and anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call (607) 547-1697.
