Boil advisory issued for parts of the Town of Annsville

By WKTV News

(WKTV) - A boil advisory is in effect for parts of the Town of Annsville, the City of Oneida Water Department said.

The areas affected include Amos Trailer Park, Collins Trailer Park, Leisure Village (Martin Court), Taberg Water District 75 (Matt and Sarah Drive) and residents on Lee Center Taberg Road.

The order is part of difficulties encountered in connecting the new main to the existing main as part of Fish Creek Crossing Project.

The boil water order is issued until testing can be completed. The notice is expected to be in effect until Friday.

Residents are advised to bring all water to a boil and let it boil for one minute. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes and food preparation.

Call the City of Oneida Water Department at 363-1490 or the Oneida County Health Department at 798-5064 with further questions.
