(WKTV) - The boil water advisory issued Tuesday to parts of the Town of New Hartford and the Town of Clark Mills has been lifted, according to the Mohawk Valley Water Authority.
The area was under the advisory because of a large water main break on Commercial Drive.
Those under the advisory included: The Orchards, Ellinwood, New Hartford Business Park, Applewood, Cherrywood, and businesses along Commercial Drive/Seneca Turnpike from State Route 840 to Clinton Street in Clark Mills.
Streets and areas in New Hartford included: Clinton Street, Elinwood Drive, Commercial Drive/Seneca Turnpike west of State Route 840, Middle Settlement Road from Route 840 to Seneca Turnpike, Parkview Estates, Woods Park Drive, Woods Highway, Homestead Court, Homestead Road, all of Applewood, all of Cherrywood and all roads connecting to Seneca Turnpike between Middle Settlement Road and Clinton Street in Clark Mills.
Streets and areas in Clark Mills that were affected included: Clinton Street, Maple Street, Prospect Street, White Street, Rose Lane, Pratt Avenue and all side streets, Main Street, all of Pheasant Run and all of Milgate Meadows.
