By ANDREW DONOVAN
LOS ANGELES (WKTV)
- Rockstar Jon Bon Jovi is speaking out publically for the first time after his daughter's recent heroin overdose and arrest at Hamilton College.
In an interview to Fox 11 in Los Angeles, Bon Jovi said that despite being in the spotlight, he and his family are also average people who make mistakes.
"What I do for a living seems glitzy and glamorous but if you don't take it too seriously it's a great way to make a living," he said. "And then life goes on. Things happen."
He added, "This tragedy was something that I had to face too so we'll get through it. And people's incredible warm wishes for my family and I have been really reassuring. So, we're good. We're good."
