Camillus man accused of having sexual contact with Herkimer County teen

(WKTV) - A Town of Camillus man is accused of having sexual contact with a 16-year-old Herkimer County boy, New York State Police said.

Andrew J. Pensabene, 48, if charged with criminal sex act, unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.

According to authorities, Pensabene, who was arrested Monday, allegedly had sexual contact with the Town of Newport teen from July 14 through Sunday. Pensabene is the owner of a local landscaping company, and investigators think there may be more victims in the Onondaga County area.

Pensabene was sent to Herkimer County Jail on a $5,000 cash or $10,000 bail bond.

State police ask anyone with information about Pensabene to call 315-366-6000.
