Canastota man faces several charges

(WKTV) - A Canastota man faces several counts, including an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge for a car that was found in Utica, City of Oneida Police said.

Thomas A. Janczuk was arrested Monday and  is charged with three felony counts of burglary in the second degree, three counts of petit larceny and one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

According to City of Oneida Police, Janczuk is alleged to have entered a home and stole property on three different occasions. He is also alleged to have borrowed a car that he failed to return. That vehicle was later found in Utica.

Oneida Police also recovered a Sony computer, a 50-inch LG television and a 32-inch Samsung television.

Janczuk was arraigned and sent to Madison County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
