ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - Dozen of your favorite cartoons from the Looney Tunes/Merry Melodies series are playing this mid-winter recess at the Capitol Theatre. This year it's a tribute to everyone's favorite cartoon skunk, Pepe Le Pew!
