UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Former state corrections officer Michael Wehby's case was adjourned until mid-August in Oneida County Court in Utica on Monday.
Wehby is accused of beating an inmate at Midstate Correctional Facility in January 2010.
In June 2012, a jury found him "not guilty" on two felony assault charges, but could not come to an agreement on a third misdemeanor charge.
Wehby did not appear in front of the judge Monday.
He is scheduled for a court appearance on August 20, 2012.
