Chenango Import Motors site torn down, pitched to several potential clients
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The former Chenango Import Motors building in Utica is being torn down in the hopes that the site will be a more appealing sell to potential clients, Realtor Dominick Pavia said.
Pavia said he is currently pitching the site to a few different potential clients, but would not name who those clients were. Also, Pavia said that by April 1, he will make a decision on whether or not to tear down the warehouse building behind it. A local developer may want to buy it but that won't be known until after April 1. Chenango Import Motors, which was located at the 71 North Genesee Street site, went out of business in Fall 2009. |
