Classic car show rolls in to St. Luke's Home

By WKTV News

Jaguars, Mustangs, you name it. Classic cars made their way to St. Luke's Home Saturday in what's become a yearly tradition.

It's a free car show in Utica.

The reason it was started, was that these cars are from an era that brings back memories for the residents at the home.

The woman who coordinates the show says it started seven or eight years ago when her mother was at the home.

She knew her mother would enjoy the cars, and the other residents relish in memories of the bygone era each and every year as the cars return.

"The event started many years ago for the pleasure of my mother and many other residents in the home," Barb Joswick said. "To bring them out let them look at the cars."
