Clayville woman arrested on DWI charge twice within two hours

(WKTV) - A Clayville woman was arrested twice within two hours and accused of driving while intoxicated, New York State Police said.

Ashlee R. Dugan, 31, of Clayville  was charged with driving while intoxicated.

According to officials, at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, state police in Richfield Springs conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Route 20 in Richfield. Dugan was arrested after her blood alcohol content was allegedly 0.11 percent. She was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Richfield Court.

Around 2 a.m. Saturday, the same troopers made a traffic stop on U.S. Route 20 in Richfield. Dugan was allegedly driving the same vehicle while intoxicated. Her blood alcohol content at that time was allegedly 0.11 percent. She was issued more tickets to the Town of Richfield Court.

Her vehicle was towed from the scene.
