Cold Brook woman charged after underage drinking compliance check

(WKTV) - A Cold Brook woman was charged after an underage drinking compliance check in Oneida County, New York State Police said.

Rhonda J. Andrade, 40, of Cold Brook was charged with one count of unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage under the Alcohol Beverage Control law.

Andrade was working at Kratzy's Bar and Grill on State Route 28 in Alder Creek. New York State Police checked 17 establishments in Oneida County for compliance in ensuring sales of alcohol to people under the age of 21 were not occurring.

Among those in compliance are: American Gas in Marcy; One Stop Mart in Stittville; Floyd's Quick and Easy in Stittville; Nice N Easy Grocery shoppe in Barneveld; Stewart's Shops in Barneveld; Nice N Easy in Alder Creek; Sunoco A Plus, Boonville; Nice N Easy in Boonville; Great American in Boonville; Stewart's Shop in Boonville; The Food Center in Rome; Stewart's Shop in Holland Patent; Rite Aid in Barneveld; Van's Tavern in Barneveld; The Pub Bar and Grill in Boonville and Hulbert House in Boonville.
