Connecticut man charged in connection with fight

(WKTV) - A Hartford, Conn., man turned himself in Wednesday after he learned there was an active arrest warrant for him stemming from a fight at the Turning Stone Casino, the Oneida County Sheriff's Office said.

Raul Santiago Jr., 28, of Hartford, Conn., is charged with assault in the second degree.

According to authorities, about 1:45 a.m. on March 2, Santiago allegedly struck Jacob Doyle, 23, of Prospect in the head with a beer bottle at the Leopard Lounge at Turning Stone Casino. Doyle and Santiago's brother, Pedro Santiago, were involved in a physical altercation. Doyle sought medical treatment for injuries to his head.

Santiago was sent to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail.
