(WKTV) - In Cooperstown, the Hall of Fame helps Otsego County bring in $160 million a year.

And on Thursday, the area on Main street was especially busy with plenty of people hoping to catch a glimpse of the president.

The areas just to the north and south of the Baseball Hall of Fame were filled with people.

Secret Service officers dressed in everyday clothes started their sweeps days ago.

The Hall of Fame was closed to the public on Thursday.
