Cooperstown teen charged in alleged domestic dispute

COOPERSTOWN, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Cooperstown teen is accused of beating up an 18-year-old woman in an alleged domestic dispute.
Edward Kwiecinski III, 17, is charged with assault and criminal obstruction of breathing.
Both charges are misdemeanors.
He was in Otsego County Jail in lieu of one-thousand dollars bail.
