Couple pleads not-guilty in Olbiston Apartment murder
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The couple charged with the March murder of a man at his Olbiston Apartment in Utica pleaded not-guilty Friday morning in Oneida County Court.
Dennis Moseley, of Albany, and Kelly Marshall, of Utica, are facing two murder counts and three robbery counts in connection with the March 25 death of Allen Minor.
They are due back in court May 29 to accept or reject a plea offer from the Oneida County District Attorney's Office.
The terms of that offer were not disclosed.
