Dolgeville man accused of growing marijuana

DOLGEVILLE, N.Y. (WKTV)- A Dolgeville man has been charged after police say he was growing marijuana.

According to Dolgeville Police, Kevin Deluca, 57, of Dolgeville, was arrested on Thursday and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, and unlawfully growing cannabis without a license.

Authorities said Deluca was found to be growing and possessing marijuana when a search warrant was executed at his residence by the Dolgeville Police Department and New York State Police.

Deluca was released on an appearance tickets returnable to Manheim Court at a later date.
