Driver faces charges in crash that killed Holland Patent man

(WKTV) - The driver in an early Friday crash in Lee Center that left one man dead now faces several charges, New York State Police said.

Stephen C. Burke Jr., 22, is charged with vehicular manslaughter in the first degree, vehicular manslaughter in the second degree and driving while intoxicated in the accident on Sulpher Springs Road on Friday.

Charles J. Melnick Jr., 24, of Holland Patent was pronounced dead at the scene.
