Driver ticketed after hitting a pole on Proctor Blvd.

UTICA, NY(WKTV) - A utility pole on Proctor Blvd. in Utica is in need of repair after an accident late Sunday night.

The accident happened just before midnight.

A single car crashed into the pole, then came to a rest on the front lawn of a nearby home.

The driver wasn't injured in the crash, but police did issue a ticket.
