Elderly woman missing from City of Oneida

UPDATE: Oneida City Police have conducted a search with the help of New York State Police. 

There were helicopters used, along with search dogs in the woods near her last known location. 

They're currently following up on leads and conducting interviews.

They expect to have a press conference Monday to discuss the situation further.

ONEIDA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Oneida City Police are investigating a report of a woman who went missing Friday afternoon. 
At about 4 p.m., Thomas Zavalidroga reported his mother, Margaret Zavalidroga, 83, was missing.
She has been describes as a 5' tall Caucasian woman, about 100 pounds, black "salt and pepper" hair and false teeth. She was wearing gold-rimmed glasses, a green sweater, purple pants and brown slip-on boots.  
Her last confirmed sighting was in Oneida at 10:30 a.m. Friday, when she signed papers regarding a vehicle purchase. 
Thomas reports that he later went to a friend's house around 2:30 p.m. Friday on Genesee Street in Oneida near the area of Nye Ford to get a help picking up the vehicle. 
According to officials, Thomas said that he left his mother in his white van at the friend's property as he expected to be gone only 20 minutes, but when he and the friend returned about an hour and a half later, his mother was gone.  
No one saw her in the van before leaving the friend's property, and no one seen her in the area since. 
Margaret lives at 3267 Forward Road in Blossvale, but was not found in the house when police searched it. 
She also has a son that resides at Hillcrest Manor in Utica. Police interviewed him, but he had no information on her or her possible whereabouts.
