Exhibition features regional artists at Munson

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A diverse collection of artwork will soon open to the public during the 63rd Exhibition of Central New York Artists at the Munson Williams Proctor Art Institute.

The exhibition begins March 3 and end April 28. It features a collection from 29 artists and artwork including quilts and glass, drawings, paintings, sculptures and more.

"This addition of the exhibition is particularly interesting because we have such a wide variety of artists perspectives," said Mary Murray, curator of modern and contemporary art.

Murray said the trend many will see at the show will be the use of
re-purposed materials.
