NEWS YOU CAN USE (WKTV) - Here's a look at some items consumers will probably paying more for in 2013.
New cars, thanks to more strict fuel-efficiency standards enacted by the Obama administration.
Groceries thanks to a warm, dry year that brought on drought conditions in much of the U.S. It's driven up the prices of corns and wheats and could amount to about $40 more per month for the average shopper.
Health insurance: Expect to pay more than $200 more per year.
High-end electronics: Yes, there's actually an Ultra HD TV that costs as much as $25,000.
Colllege tuition and shipping are both up 5%.
And the price of copper has gone up.
