Fifth person charged in blaze at Oneida's old Ag-Way building

(WKTV) - A City of Oneida teen has been charged in connection with a fire that ripped through the old Ag-Way building in May, Oneida City Police said.

Bradleigh S. Mussaw, 17, was charged with criminal trespass. He was also charged on a bench warrant on an unrelated charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to authorities, Mussaw allegedly entered the storage building at 1238 Hubbard Place with several other juveniles. A 14-year-old who was with the group allegedly started the fire, which destroyed the building and caused damage to a nearby Lowe's Home Improvement Store. A 12-year-old, two 14-year-olds and a 15-year-old were previously charged in connection with the fire.

Mussaw was sent to Madison County Jail on the bench warrant. He will appear in Oneida City Court on Friday.
