Floyd Man injured in single-car rollover collision

WESTERN, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Floyd man has been injured and charged with DWI after rolling his car in the Town of Western, Saturday night. 
According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, at approximately 9:58 p.m., a one car motor vehicle accident occurred on South Hill Road.
William S. Nemyier, 35, was operating his 2001 GMC pickup truck Westbound on South Hill Road and was approaching a curve in the road too fast. 
Nemyier lost control of his vehicle and traveled off the road, striking a utility pole.  Nemyier's pickup truck continued off the road and then overturned several times.  
Nemyier was transported to St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica for treatment via AmCare Ambulance, and the Sheriff's Office was assisted at the scene by the Westernville Fire Department.

Nemyier is to appear at Western Town Court for several vehicle and traffic charges including Driving While Intoxicated.
