Former Frankfort Village Police Chief charged with harassment

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - The saga of a former Frankfort Village Police Chief against one of his former officers continued, Wednesday, in New Hartford.
Former Chief, Steven Conley is charged with harassment, after an alleged incident that happened at Consumer Square recently.
According to reports, Conley allegedly followed former officer, Sam Ameduri in the parking lot and made a motion, with his finger, across his throat.
Ameduri reportedly told New Hartford Police that the gesture made him fear for his life.

Conley is due in court Thursday.
