Frankfort man accused of keeping woman in shed for six hours

FRANKFORT, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Frankfort man is facing charges in two different states involving a woman authorities say he assaulted and held against her will.

According to the New York State Police, Christopher M. Judson, 25, of Frankfort has been charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment after a woman in Camden County, New Jersey reported to authorities that she had been held against her will for six hours in a shed that Judson lives in behind a residence on McKennan Road over Thanksgiving.

The woman also told authorities that she had been assaulted by Judson at her residence in New Jersey.

Arrest warrants have been issued in the State of New Jersey for Aggravated Assault, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Restraint, Theft, and Making Terroristic Threats.

Judson was arraigned in the Town of Schuyler Court and remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility without bail.

The New Jersey arrest warrants have been lodged at the Herkimer County Correctional Facility.
