Group featured on "America's Got Talent" performs locally

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A group featured on national television is in town this weekend.

The Lightwire Group performed for elementary students in New Hartford Friday morning.

Munson Williams Proctor Art Institute and the New Hartford PTA are sponsoring the performances.

The group was featured on America's Got Talent.

Six performers wear costumes covered in light wires.

Another performance is scheduled for Saturday afternoon.

It will take place at the auditorium at Bradley Elementary School at 1 p.m.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door, or by calling Munson Williams.
