HCCC enters into partnership with SUNY Empire State College

HERKIMER, N.Y. (WKTV) - There's good news for Herkimer County Community College students looking to go on toward their four-year degree.

On Wednesday, HCCC President Ann Marie Murray was joined by State University of New York Empire State President Alan R. Davis to sign a Pathways Transfer Program agreement which they hoped will broaden access and opportunity for HCCC students seeking to earn a bachelor's degree.

The program is designed for HCCC students who have completed or will complete an associate degree prior to enrolling at SUNY Empire State College. Through the agreement, all of the credits students earned at HCCC can be transferred toward a bachelor's degree at SUNY Empire State College, providing a seamless transition for HCCC graduates.
