Hanna's debate refusal sparks chirps from concerned citizen

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The race for the 22nd Congressional District ongoing, and with Congressman Richard Hanna's continued refusal to debate opponent Claudia Tenney, it's heating up quickly.
On Thursday, a man dressed in a chicken suit took to the street outside Hanna's Downtown Utica office, poking fun at the Congressman's refusal.
The republican primary is Tuesday, and because Tenney is not on any other line and no democrat has announced, the primary will most likely decide the election.
The "Chicken Man" wants to see the two debate the issues that affect voters.
"I feel like voters deserve to know what they're voting," said Matt Davies. "I feel like just because he's an incumbent, doesn't mean he shouldn't answer voters."

Davies states that he will return as the Chicken Man both Friday and Monday before the primary.
