Herkimer woman sentenced for stealing more than $600k from MV Urology

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Herkimer woman was sentenced in Oneida County Court in Utica on Friday for stealing more than half a million dollars from a local doctor's office.

Nancy Phillips said she won't even try to justify what she did. She was ordered to pay back roughly $619,000 to Mohawk Valley Urology.

In exchange for her guilty plea to grand larceny, she will spend the next three and a half to ten and a half years in prison.
