UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The man accused of the May 2nd murder of a 20-year-old man has been given one last adjournment to consider a plea deal.

Bobby Ray Hunt is accused of shooting Jadreck Baker near the 100 block of East Bloomfield Street in Rome. He left the area after Baker's murder. Police found him several weeks later in North Carolina.

Thursday in Oneida County Court, Hunt was supposed to decide on a plea offer from the Oneida County District Attorney's Office, but a less-than-pleased Judge Barry Donalty granted him a final adjournment.

Hunt is now due to report on that offer on August 19th.
