Ian Gulbin asks for more time to consider plea offer

By WKTV News

(WKTV) - The Bridgewater man accused in the death of his infant son asked for more time to consider a plea offer on Monday.

Ian Gulbin, who is accused in the slaying of 13-month Brayden Gulbin, appeared in court on Monday, but asked for more time to consider an offer from the Oneida County District Attorney's Office.

In November, the mother of Brayden Gulbin came home from work to find the boy lifeless on the floor near his crib. An autopsy showed the child had skull fractures, a lacerated liver and internal bleeding.

Gulbin is due back in court March 10 to make a decision on the plea offer.
