Fly Creek Cider Mill Cheese Dip*
1 cup Fly Creek Cider Mill Aged, NYS Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
2 medium onions, chopped, uncooked
Combine mayonnaise, cheeses and onions in bowl. Place in a ceramic baking dish or pie dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with Fly Creek Cider Mill crackers or wheat crackers.
