In the Kitchen: Cheesy Cheese Dip

WKTV - If you need a quick and easy appetizer to make for a summer party, then this is the recipe for you.  NEWSChannel 2's Megan Koskovich goes in the kitchen to help make a cheese dip with locally-made products.

Fly Creek Cider Mill Cheese Dip*


1 cup Fly Creek Cider Mill Aged, NYS Cheddar Cheese, shredded

2 cups mayonnaise

1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

2 medium onions, chopped, uncooked


Combine mayonnaise, cheeses and onions in bowl. Place in a ceramic baking dish or pie dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with Fly Creek Cider Mill crackers or wheat crackers.
