Inmate accused of throwing urine at corrections officer

(WKTV) - An inmate at the Marcy Correctional Facility has been charged after he allegedly threw urine at a New York State Corrections Officer, the New York State Police said.

Kenneth Phelan, 43, is charged with felony aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate.

According to officials, on Oct. 27, 2013, Phelan threw urine at a corrections officer. The urine struck the officer.

Phelan is set to be arraigned on March 13.
