(WKTV) - A Lee man faces charges after he allegedly signed a false name to an FBI fingerprint card, the Oneida County Sheriff's Office said.

Roger H. Drennon, 23, of Lee is charged with felony forgery in the second degree.

According to officials, Drennon signed a false name to an FBI fingerprint card when he was booked into the Oneida County Jail for vehicle and traffic charges from the Village of Whitesboro Police Department. Drennon is accused of giving the name Matthew A. Angus. Upon conducting an FBI scan of his fingerprints, authorities learned his real name Roger H. Drennon and he had an active superior court bench warrant out of Cherokee County, Ga., for an armed robbery in January 2012.
