Lincoln Avenue fire under investigation

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Firefighters got a call Sunday afternoon about a fire that broke out at a two-family home at 1507 Lincoln Avenue.

When the first firefighters arrived, they found a fire on the second floor that was burning up through to the attic space.

Deputy Chief Mark Ambrose said that everybody was out of the building and no injuries were sustained at this time.

The firefighters are working on cutting the electricity from only the second floor so they don't have to remove the first floor occupants.

The cause not been determined.
