Little Falls man faces DWI charges, accused of fighting with police

(WKTV) - A Little Falls man is accused of fighting with police officers after a traffic stop Oct. 11, Dolgeville police say.

Ronald M. Hahn, 20, of Little Falls is charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level more than .08 percent, inadequate headlights and resisting arrest.

According to police, Hahn was allegedly intoxicated when he was pulled over in Dolgeville on Oct. 11. As officers attempted to take Hahn into custody, police allege he attempted to run, then fought with officers, which left one officer with a minor hand injury.

Additionally, Steven J. Youker, 26, of Dolgeville and Ashlynne E. Hahn, 22, of Dolgeville were arrested on disorderly conduct charges.

According to police, during the stop, the two got out of the car and used obscene language.

All three were issued appearance tickets, with Ronald Hahn receiving traffic tickets as well.
