UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - With Nano Utica gearing up for its long-awaited arrival in the area, Utica's first nano tech company is celebrating a major anniversary.
Indium Corporation, in Clinton, has been in business for 80 years, this year and has been manufacturing materials used in the electronics industry since their opening in 1934.
"We're very proud Indium is still headquartered here even though we've grown tremendously," said Director of Marketing Communications, Rick Short. "We're very proud to be based in Clinton and Utica still."

When Nano Utica does come to the campus of SUNY-IT, Indium will have access to the new state of the art facilities, which should help them grow even more.
