UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A New York Mills man that authorities say barricaded himself inside his apartment in January was sentenced on Monday in Oneida County Court in Utica.
During the standoff, local police officers, New York State Troopers and Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies were outside Mogle's Carolyn Courts apartment in New York Mills for five hours in January.
Authorities said Mogle threatened to shoot any officer who approached him.
Having already pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment, Mogle heard his sentence on Monday - five years probation.
