(WKTV) - A Bridgewater man accused of killing his 13-month-old son in November was indicted Thursday by an Oneida County Grand Jury, court officials said.
Ian Gulbin, 31, was indicted on a second-degree murder charge and on first- and second-degree manslaughter charges.
Gulbin and the child's mother, Anastasia Hogen, had previously lived in Sherburne before moving to Bridgewater shortly before Brayden Gulbin's death.
According to details released in November, Hogen returned from work around 7:20 a.m. and found Brayden lifeless on the floor of the bedroom near his crib.
The felony complaint presented in court in November said, "The said defendant did grab and slam his son into a hard object, causing serious physical injuries, including bruising and contusions to the head and facial area, two skull fractures, a lacerated liver, internal bleeding and other injuries."
The complaint also said Gulbin didn't seek medical attention for his child and left him in the bedroom where he died.
