Meet the candidates night set in West Utica

(WKTV) - West Utica Concerned Citizens will host a meet the candidates night Wednesday.

The forum will begin at 7 p.m. at Utica Academy of Science Charter School, on the Holy Trinity Church campus, at 1208 Lincoln Ave.

Fifteen candidates for at-large common council seats, Utica comptroller and county legislature positions will speak.

At 7 p.m., residents will discuss neighborhood concerns. At 7:30 p.m., each candidate gets up to five minutes to say why they deserve votes on Election Day. The audience will be able to ask questions and comment and candidates will have the opportunity to respond.

The event is expected to end around 9 p.m.
