Milford man accused of selling oxycodone

(WKTV) - A Milford man is charged with a felony after he was allegedly selling oxycodone tablets, the Otsego County Sheriff's Department said.

Paul Frederick Slack, 50, of Milford is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

According to officials, oxycodone tablets were purchased from Slack in the Town of Milford in August during an investigation by the Otsego County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division and the Oneonta Police Department Detective Bureau. Slack was arrested on Jan. 3.

Slack is being held in the Otsego County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail. He faces up to nine years in prison if convicted.
