Scott Burns, 45, of the Town of Bovina, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after his residence at 799 Lee Hollow Road in the Town of Bovina was searched, where authorities found approximately 9 grams of oxycodone powder, drug paraphernalia and packaging material commonly associated with the sale of controlled substances, marihuana, 15 long guns, $640 in cash, a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta and a 2001 GMC Sonoma.
